- Responsible for overall accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and completeness of financial records and reports.
- Managing financial data, performing various accounting tasks, and supporting financial management within the company.
- Manage Accounts: Maintain and reconcile various accounting accounts.
- Budget Management: Monitor budget usage and ensure efficient management of financial resources.
- Internal Control: Conduct internal audits and verify accounting data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to accounting standards.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and summarize financial data to create financial statements and reports.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax declarations and ensure compliance with tax laws.
- Record and Process Transactions: Accurately record and process all business economic transactions.

- Language: English- Business Level OR Japanese- Business Level (upper N3 Level)
- Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in Accounting, Financial Accounting.
- Experience:
+ Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous
+ 5 years of experience working as Accounting Manager
- Others:
+ Communication, leadership, and problem- solving skills.
+ Strong management skills and teamwork.
+ Advanced Microsoft skills (Excel is mandatory) and experience with accounting software.
