Responsibility
The candidate will report to the Customer Service Manager and will primarily be involved in the following:
• Visit customers may be required, but limited.
• Handle customer inquiries on quotations, sales orders, and related matters.
• Assist day to day customer inquiry/ feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Actively seek opportunities to grow existing customer business.
• Closely follow up on customer quotations to aggressively get the order.
• Communicate & coordinate with internal Departments/suppliers to handle customer requirements.
• Other tasks will be assigned by the Manager.
• Follow up on incoming sales prospects through email/call/ Zalo.
• Assist to Manager in creating a strategic plan to enhance service quality
• Compliance communication procedures, guidelines, KPI & company procedures.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits & follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements

- Language: English- Business Level- Experience: • Prefer 3 to 5 years B2B customer service/ sales experience.(Experience with Factory Automation/ Electric devices is highly preferable)• Good strategic thinking, planning skills • Actively/ able to create an improvement plan to enhance service quality• Possess high energy, result- oriented, and customer- centered• Good communication, negotiation & customer service skills• Fast worker, able to multitask as well as handle workload in a high- volume and fast- paced environment• Good team player• Meticulous and organized• Proficient in MS Office• Work on Saturday on a rotation basis• Living near Hanoi Metro 2A line is preferableNOTICE:Only shortlisted candidates will be approached by RGF&039;s consultant.
