- Develop Employee Retention Strategies

- Response for audit, inspection
- Create Job Descriptions then set up New Personnel Evaluation System
- Develop and implement HR Strategies that aligned with the company&039;s business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Design effective onboarding Annual Training Programs, review performance, and report training index.

・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree
・Language: English- Intermediate Level
・Experience:
- Experience in personnel evaluation systems.
- 5 years of working experience as HR General in a Manufacturing company, including experience in team management.
- Experience in setting personnel rules.

- Working experience in an MNC
