Accounting System Management & Supervision
Planning
Develop, organize, and maintain the company’s accounting system in compliance with current legal regulations and accounting standards.

LeadershipLead, assign tasks, supervise, and train the accounting team to ensure all work is carried out accurately and on time.

Records ManagementOrganize and store accounting documents, books, and financial reports in a systematic, secure manner while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Financial Reporting & Analysis
Periodic Reporting
Prepare, review, and present internal and consolidated financial reports, as well as statutory reports in compliance with accounting regulations.

BudgetingParticipate in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost/investment performance analysis to support management decision- making.

Tax & Legal Compliance
Tax Filing
Organize and ensure timely and lawful filing, payment, and finalization of taxes (VAT, CIT, PIT, import/export tax, etc.).

Government LiaisonDirectly work with and provide explanations to authorities during inspections related to accounting, taxation, and import–export matters.

Internal ControlEstablish and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard assets, prevent financial risks, and detect fraud.

・Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
・Gender: Female prefer
・Age: From 30 years old
・Language: Japanese or English- Business Level
・Experience:
- Over 7 years of experience in a Chief Accountant role or equivalent managerial positions.
- Experience working in manufacturing companies with foreign investment, especially from Japan, Korea, Europe, etc., with around 1000 employees.
・Others: Strong leadership, team management, analytical, problem- solving, and communication skills.
・Professional Knowledge: In- depth understanding of Vietnamese Tax Laws, Accounting Regulations, and Import–Export compliance (import/export tax and customs procedures).
