- Supervise construction quality to ensure compliance with technical standards
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Resolve construction- related issues promptly
- Manage construction progress to meet project timelines
- Coordinate with design, legal, and sales teams to achieve project goals
- Control project costs and budgets effectively

・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in Construction, Project Management, or related fields
・Language: English- Business Level
・Proficient in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
・Strong project management and problem- solving skills
・In- depth knowledge of construction methods, standards, and regulatory requirements for high- rise and low- rise residential projects.
・Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager in high- rise and low- rise residential projects
・Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
