Position: General Accountant- Real Estate
Job Code: 126126
- Monthly Salary: 35,000,000～43,000,000VND
- Working location: Cau Giay ward, Hanoi
Responsibility
Accounting & bookkeeping
• Check and control invoices, contracts, payment requests, and supporting documents.
• Handle accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL).
• Record daily accounting transactions in the accounting system in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and company regulations.
• Prepare payment dossiers and follow up payment schedules.
Financial reporting & closing
• Support month- end and year- end closing processes.
• Assist in budget monitoring and expense control.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile accounting data, bank statements, and internal records.
Tax & compliance
• Prepare and submit tax declarations (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT if any) in accordance with Vietnamese regulations.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, and consultants during tax audits or inspections.
Coordination & support
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Work closely with other departments (HR, Leasing, Operations, Administration, etc.) on accounting- related matters

Requirements

・Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields・Gender: Any ・Age: Preferably under 35 years old・Language: English at Business level ・Experience:- Minimum 2–3 years of general accounting and finance specialist,

- Japanese is an advantage- Experience in real estate, retail, shopping mall, or service companies is an advantage

• Personality: Careful, responsible, detail- oriented, and well- organised• Soft skills: Analytical thinking, time management, communication, teamwork
