- Work Location: Home- based / HCMC- Monthly Salary: 30,000,000~40,000,000VND
The company is currently looking for an experienced Sales Executive in HCMC who can help us expand our sales in the Southern Region of Vietnam. The candidates will work to grow our business in one of the above areas and will be in close communication with the General Director of Vietnam to discuss and execute sales strategies for business enhancement
Direct Sales;
・Address customer questions and concerns expeditiously and professionally
・ Demonstrate competency in the company and competitive product knowledge
・Develop new business prospects (hospitals, labs, clinics, etc) in specific geographic areas through prospect visits, cold calls, and all other applicable methods
・ Provide product, sales, and marketing support to distributors
・ Meet sales goals and quotas assigned by the management
・ Support and maintain positive customer and business partner relationships and develop strong relationships with key accounts
Distributor Sales Support;
・ Identify potential of new business opportunities
・ Act as the first point of contact for all business- related tasks related to the distributor business
・ Assist in negotiating the conditions for placing the company&039;s products on the market
・ Actively follow tender publications and assist in the analysis of technical and economic requests, as well as in the formulation of winning tender strategies
・ Establish relationships and/or collaborations with established and newly appointed distributors as well as with existing and/or prospective customers (including customer decision makers and those with influence)
・ Organize appointments and meetings routinely to cultivate positive distributor and customer rapport
・ Assist in the development, renewal, and (re- ) negotiation of new and current distribution contracts/agreements
・ Attend and co- organize trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
Others;
・ Responsible for the timely, accurate completion of administrative tasks, such as weekly reports, expense reports, etc
・ Provide the company management with market trends and the competitive field activity information, enabling the company to support the territory strategies/tactics and react quickly to competitive actions
・ Perform duties assigned or accepted outside the guidelines
・ Create sales proposals and discuss them with the General Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
・Education: Bachelor&039;s degree or above in biotechnology, life science, business administration, or related discipline
・Language: English- Business Level
・Experience:
- Have 2+ years of experience in Sales
- A private and quiet work setting that is well- suited for use as a home office should be ensured
- Have 1+ year experience in New Business Acquisition
- Experience in sales (IVD sales preferred) or Application Specialist or Sales of medical equipment
・2+ years of experience in distributor support and/or tender support in the clinical diagnostics market
・Experience in hospital or clinical laboratory markets with demonstrated success is an advantage
・Japanese language ability is a plus
・Experience working at a Japanese company is a plus
