- Work Location:
Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
- Monthly Salary:
20,000,000~25,000,000VND
- Month- end invoicing.
- Other matters as instructed by the company
- Banking- related tasks (remittance, payment confirmation, and other related tasks)
- Prepare, manage, and store vouchers (contracts, delivery slips, etc.)
- Obtaining, managing, and storing invoicing documents from suppliers and other related parties.
- Audit- related work (handling questions from auditors, sending and collecting vouchers) once a year
- Visits to government offices when necessary, acquisition of necessary documents, etc.
- Sending vouchers to accounting firms for monthly reporting.
*Negotiation and coordination with customers and supplier staff
- Support for other departments and colleague staff, etc.
Yêu cầu công việc
・PC skills.
・Experience: Having more than 2 years of experience in back office positions in trading, construction, logistics, and related business companies.
・Language: English- Business Level
・Able to work with multiple tasks and support other members flexibly
・Having strong knowledge or experience in back office tasks.
・Having good knowledge of accounting.
・Having Japanese skills
・Having experience in stock management
・Having experience in the leasing business
