Position: Ha Noi- Legal Staff- Trading

- Working location: Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, Vietnam

- Monthly Salary:

Responsibility
- Review and check contracts of the Company & Group, including principle contracts, sales/service contracts, NDAs and other standard legal documents
- Conduct legal research on Vietnamese laws and regulations related to trading and chemical business.
- Support contract approval process and guide related departments to follow the internal contract approval procedures on the company system
- Arrange, manage, and maintain original contracts and legal documents (hard copy and soft copy)
- Monitor contract status, including expiring contracts and submission of original signed copies; follow up with related departments when necessary
- Support other legal related tasks as assigned by the Legal team

Requirements

- Gender: Any.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Age: 24- 32 (Prefer candidates with age range of 24–27_
- Experience:
+ Experience working in Japanese companies or trading companies is an advantage
+ Knowledge or experience in international law or cross- border contracts will be a big plus
+ At least 02 years of relevant experience
- Language: English- Business Level
- Skills:
+ Careful, detail- oriented, responsible, and well- organized
+ Strong sense of professional ethics and confidentiality
+ Ability to research & work independently and proactively, as well as in a team
