Responsibility
Introduce company services to potential clients and explore construction opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with Industrial Parks (IP/IZ) and consultant companies.
Evaluate potential customers and support initial client communication when project information arises.
Prepare visit reports and update management on market trends and project leaders.
Conduct regular visits to IP/IZ to collect market information and identify potential clients.
Build and update a database of foreign- invested companies (Japanese, European, Asian, American).

Requirements

・Language: English- Business level
・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree, majoring in Business and Marketing
・Experience: Have 3- 5 years of experience at Sales and Marketing position
・Technical Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales, client development, or business development (preferably in the construction or industrial sector).
- Good communication and relationship- building skills with Japanese and foreign clients.
- Report writing and presentation skills.
