- Working location: Tan Son Nhat Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare periodic reports on branch performance and propose improvement solutions to the General Director
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Director.
- Lead and develop branch staff through task assignment, performance evaluation, training, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with laws, internal regulations, and operational risk control.
- Manage all branch operations, including Logistics and Operation (Ocean/Air), ensuring efficiency, service quality, and cost control.
- Develop and implement branch operation strategies in line with company direction and targets.

Necessary Skill / Experience
・Experience: Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in the Logistics / Freight Forwarding industry
・Gender: Any
・Language: English- Business Level
・Age: Over 38 years old
・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
+ Strong knowledge of logistics processes, freight forwarding, cost control, operational KPIs, and risk management
+ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple functions
+ Strong leadership, coordination, decision- making, and problem- solving skills.
