129035 - Application Engineer - Factory Automation

- Monthly Salary: 18,000,000～25,000,000VND

- Working location: District 07, HCMC

Expectation
- You will collaborate with sales engineers to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions. After that, you will be responsible for planning, implementation, and application setup.
- This position belongs to our Robotics Department, and you will work as an Application Engineer.
- This role is not limited to robot installation. You will be involved from the proposal stage, contributing to DX (digital transformation) and automation in the manufacturing industry in Vietnam. It is a very rewarding position.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver demonstrations, PoC (Proof of Concept), and technical presentations
- Prepare technical proposals, cycle time analysis, and ROI calculations
- Work with the sales team to analyze customer needs and propose suitable robotic solutions
- Act as a bridge between customers, sales, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution
- Research market trends and competitor solutions to drive continuous improvement
- Participate in robot exhibitions and roadshows (including setup and operation of demo equipment)
- Design and simulate robotic systems using ROBOGUIDE
- Provide training and support for robot programming, setup, and commissioning

Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education:
Bachelor’s degree *preferred in Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field
・Language Skills
- English: Business level (required for internal and client communication)
*Japanese / Chinese / Korean: Preferred
・Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Application Engineer or Sales Engineer in industrial robots (e.g., articulated robots) or automation systems in the FA industry
OR
- Experience in robot setup as an Application Engineer in a similar industry is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in PLC programming or automation control systems
