- Working location: Dai Dong Commune, Bac Ninh Province

- Monthly Salary: 21,000,000～30,000,000VND

Responsibility
• Actively seek opportunities to grow existing customer business.
• Other tasks will be assigned by the Manager.
• Handle customer inquiries on quotations, sales orders, and related matters.
• Assist to Manager in creating a strategic plan to enhance service quality
• Assist day to day customer inquiry/ feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Closely follow up on customer quotations to aggressively get the order.
• Visit customers may be required but limited.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits & follow up to ensure resolution.
• Compliance communication procedures, guidelines, KPI & company procedures.
• Follow up on incoming sales prospects through email/call/ Zalo.
• Communicate & coordinate with internal Departments/suppliers to handle customer requirements.

Requirements

- Language: English- Business Level
- Education background: Bachelor&039;s degree
- Experience:
• Prefer 3 to 5 years of B2B customer service experience in the manufacturing field.
(Experience with Factory Automation/ Electric devices is highly preferable)
• Work on Saturday on a rotation basis
• Experience with international market required.
• Good communication, negotiation & customer service skills
• Good team player
• Living near Hanoi Metro 2A line is preferable
• Actively/ able to create an improvement plan to enhance service quality
• Possess high energy, result- oriented, and customer- centered
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fast worker, able to multitask as well as handle workload in a high- volume and fast- paced environment
• Good strategic thinking, planning skills
• Meticulous and organized
