- Working location: An Khanh Ward, HCMC- Monthly Salary: Negotiation

Job Responsibilities
Client services:
• Follow up client’s growth & requirements
• Timely renew insurance policies, strictly following Renewal Guideline of Division
• Conduct Insurance seminars for both current and potential clients (explain the cover of insurance policy and claim procedure)
• Negotiate Terms & Conditions with clients
• Arrange risk surveys
• Keep & develop the relationship with clients
• Design insurance program matching with client’s requirement
• Explore new clients via digital channel
• Provide consulting services to clients

Business Processing and Supervising:
• Manage and follow up business plan of team
• Manage guideline for the operation of the team
• Guide and support Marketing back staff
• Approve the risks within authority limit
• Manage and support claim process

Reports:• Timely prepare periodic reports as required by the Company

Staff management:
• Training new Marketing (MKT) staff
• Coach & supervise staff to fulfil their job
• Manage and control day- to- day administrative operation in the team
• Co- ordinate MKT staff to assure their cooperation to be efficient.

Co- ordination with other Divisions:• Cooperate with other Divisions/ Department to set up and implement internal policies & guidelines

Essential requirements
- Language: English- Business Level
- Experience:
+ Having good ability to work with broker and/or knowledge about reinsurance.
+ At least 4 years of experience in activities of Non- life Insurance.

Skill/Knowledge
• Management skills. Abilities and willing to train employees
• Be highly aware of the requirement to be professional to provide high- quality service to clients.
• Well know all insurance products and able to explain to clients their coverage.
• Strong marketing sense.
• Presentation & negotiation skills
• Clearly understand working procedure and flow chart.
