RESPONSIBILITIES
Asset Creation
Directly involved in creating and producing high- quality 3D objects, characters, and environments. Ensure all assets meet professional standards for both artistic aesthetics and technical integrity.
Scene Composition & Lighting
Directly manage the production of high- resolution lighting, shaders, and environmental effects to establish the visual mood and atmospheric depth of the game.
Prototyping & Motion
Providing technical support for basic rigging and prototyping. Ensure all 3D assets are technically optimized and “game- ready” for seamless integration into the animation and VFX pipeline.
Workflow Optimization
Regularly communicate with other department regarding progress and technical hurdles. Actively seek ways to streamline your personal workflow and contribute to the overall efficiency of the production pipeline.

REQUIREMENTS
Professional Experience
At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within a game development environment.
Modeling & Texturing Mastery
Expert- level proficiency in 3ds Max/Maya and ZBrush. Ability to create high- poly and low- poly models for next- gen gaming and real- time environments. Deep knowledge of Substance Painter with an emphasis on creating efficient, reusable material libraries.
Optimization & Topology Mindset
Mastery of high/low- poly workflows, including optimized topology flow for seamless deformation and high- density UV packing for textures and light- maps.
Performance Awareness
Proficiency in managing Draw Calls, Poly- counts, and LOD (Level of Detail) systems to perfectly balance visual fidelity with frame rate and memory constraints.
Engine Integration
Solid experience with Unity, specifically in importing, setting up, and troubleshooting assets to ensure a clean, bug- free production pipeline.
Artistic Fundamentals
A keen eye for light, shade, color, and detail. Strong grasp of perspective, volume, color theory, and the physics of light.
Technical & Creative Pluses
Skinning, rigging, and animation knowledge are a plus. Hand- drawing, digital painting, and illustration skills are also highly valued.
