3D Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- As Jemmia&039;s 3D Specialist, you sit within the Brand Team and work closely with the Brand Communication Lead and the wider Design & Content team. Your role is to produce high- quality 3D motion content from product animations to campaign visuals that elevate Jemmia&039;s brand presence across digital platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
3D jewelry modeling & rendering
- Produce photorealistic renders that showcase products at their most beautiful for campaigns, e- commerce, and key brand visuals.
- Build highly detailed 3D models of Jemmia&039;s jewelry products- rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and more with meticulous attention to form and proportion.
- Design materials (shading) and lighting setups that capture the sparkle, texture, and craftsmanship of gemstones and precious metals.
3D animation
- Create motion content optimized for digital platforms: TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, digital ads, and brand social channels.
- Develop hero animation sequences for campaign launches and key brand moment.
- Animate product movement with smooth, intentional motion- rotation, reveal sequences, and artistic camera paths that serve campaign storytelling.
Video editing & motion graphics
- Add layers of elegance in post: light leaks, particle effects, texture overlays, and transitions that elevate the premium feel of each piece.
- Edit and composite 3D footage into final video deliverables- color grading, visual effects, and motion graphics using After Effects.
- Adapt final outputs for different formats and platform specs without compromising visual quality.
AI- assisted production
- Explore AI- powered workflows that enhance output quality without compromising brand integrity or product accuracy.
- Stay current on tools at the intersection of AI and 3D- and share learnings with the team.
- Apply AI tools (e.g. Runway, Luma AI, generative texture tools) to accelerate concepting, rendering, and iteration cycles.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Detail- oriented and patient: you notice the difference between a render that&039;s good and one that&039;s genuinely beautiful.
- Prior experience with jewelry, accessories, or luxury product 3D is a strong advantage. You understand how light interacts with diamond facets, metal surfaces, and translucent stones.
- Basic English reading is a plus.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines without dropping quality.
- 2- 4 years of hands- on experience in 3D modeling, animation, and motion content production.
- Proficient in Blender with solid command of materials, lighting, and rendering (Cycles/EEVEE or equivalent render engines).
- Strong aesthetic sensibility- an eye for composition, light, and what makes a frame feel premium.
- Experience with AI tools in a 3D or post- production workflow is a plus.
- Collaborative and receptive to creative direction, able to work within a brand system while still bringing your own craft.
- Skilled in After Effects for motion graphics, visual effects, color grading, and compositing.
