A Full - Time YouTube Channel Lead (Music)

Job Summary
We are looking for a YouTube Channel Lead to strategically define, build, and scale our portfolio of YouTube channels. This role requires a builder mindset and leadership experience to not only manage optimization efforts but also to proactively identify, experiment with, and validate new content niches and market entries. A YouTube Channel Lead will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, team performance, and sustainable revenue growth across all managed media properties.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the launch of new channels, establishing content pillars, monetization plans, and initial growth milestones.
Develop, refine, and enforce scalable workflows and best practices for content production, optimization, and reporting across the team.
Act as the primary decision- maker and escalation point for critical issues regarding channel performance, content policy, and operations.
Lead and manage the optimization to ensure high performance and professional growth for the channel system
Research YouTube trends and competitors to identify channel concepts and propose ideas for audience and revenue growth.
Supervise the analysis of channel metrics, translating complex data into actionable strategic insights.

Preferred
Have experience in managing YouTube music channels or other social media platforms.
Graduated in Marketing or have 2+ years of experience in the media industry.
Have experience in team management

What We’ll Provide
Competitive salary: 15.000.000 VND- 17.000.000 VND Gross (85% of the full salary during probation).
