Access Control Technical Supervisor, Security Operations – Support & Training

SCOPE OF POSITION
The Control Room Technical Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues related to the access control system. Coordinate with relevant departments to troubleshoot or carry out other requests from superiors. To ensure the smooth operation of the system.
• Coordinate with other departments to troubleshoot, replace, or install new related equipment.
• Plan to purchase new equipment and periodically check the status of necessary equipment.
• Monitor incidents on access control systems, fire alarms, elevators, intercoms and other security systems.
• Prepare periodic reports for superiors.
• Support the Security Control Department&039;s operations when required.
• Conduct training to new joiner as well as periodic refresher training.
• Detect and respond promptly to unusual events or warnings.

General Skills:
• 2+ years of experience in an electronics engineering, automation, or control systems environment
• High school graduate or higher; qualifications related to electronics engineering, automation, or control systems
• Detail- oriented, strong observation skills, and quick problem- solving ability
• Basic English communication
• Good teamwork skills; willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Basic proficiency in office computer applications
