We’re on the lookout for an Account Intern – the missing teammate who will join our Account crew as we gear up for an exciting wave of new projects in the upcoming year. If you love working with people, are curious about how campaigns run from A–Z, and want to be right at the heart of coordination across teams, this is your ticket into the real agency world.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Project management
• Handle other requirements from Senior Account/Account Manager
• Support with account team to deal and coordinate with external suppliers (media agency, KOL or KOL agency, event agency, production house, copy- writer freelancer, journalist ...) to meet the required timeline, allocated budget, and quality standards.
• Support internal teams (planning, creative, media, finance, legal, admin department) to plan, execute and report smoothly.
Project Execution
• Support to organize medium- scale events (press conferences, seminars, offline, etc.) including planning, location and decoration booking, guests inviting and following, speech content developing...
• Proceed paperwork
• Handle other requirements from Senior Account/Account Manager
• Develop compelling across- channel contents including visual and content production.
REQUIREMENT:
• Good in Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Be under working pressure, hard- working
• Good in English (4 skills).
• Fresh graduated with major: College/BA in Communications, Marketing or related fields (Journalism, Languages, International Relations, Foreign Trade, etc.).
