Role & responsibilities:
POC (Person of Contacts) for short- term, on- demand projects
Maintain service quality provided by seller- low cancelation and return rate, shipping delivery time, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction
Support the Account Management team to do research and conduct analysis
Acquire and incubate sellers/brands that potentially contribute remarkable GMV for category
Build and maintain relationships with assigned merchants, negotiate and secure best deals, tailored investment based on campaign or seasonality
Qualifications
2 years of experience in e- commerce
Proficient in English and Vietnamese language.
Direct experience in Electronics categories is preferred
Attention to detail & strong organizational skills
A good team player, fast learner and open to changes, hands- on, patient & result- oriented
