Account Manager/ Account Lead

Role Purpose: We are looking for an enthusiastic person with solid experience in the digital media space. Your role will span across several key markets and will entail working on both brand and performance campaigns, and planning predominantly digital media across Vietnam and APAC. You will manage the day- to- day servicing on client accounts, executional media planning and buying, strategic planning, pre and post- campaign reporting, financial administration, etc.
Key Accountabilities:
Client Account Management & Relationships
Manage and oversee client relationships. Responsibilities will include contract negotiation, new business pitching & prospecting and where possible identify any cross- selling opportunities.
Building strong client relationships
Explore and recommend opportunities to build and establish client service teams on high value clients which may include new service lines.
Ability to be self- motivated, proactive and organized across multiple campaigns projects with various clients and deadlines
Develop a deep understanding of client business and advise clients on the best ways to integrate media into their advertising and marketing programs
Build positive relationships with internal and external teams
Proactively resolve issues
Participate and lead, if appropriate, face to face client and vendor meetings

Media Skills
Knowledge of media landscape and global digital trends
Providing Strategic Guidance on all accounts based on all performance marketing services
Keeps up with latest media trends and identifies opportunities for relevant clients. Working knowledge of digital tools (e.g. Google Ads, Campaign Manager, DV360, Adobe Analytics, Facebook/Instagram/Twitter)
Support media executive with development and execution of media strategies
Coordinate with digital media and creative teams for production on media projects
Maintain the highest standard for accuracy and quality of work
Ensure revenue goals are met via the management of associated resources, product line profitability and new business growth.
Identify media solution and work closely with Accounts to explore opportunity for new media business such as: CRM, Analytics, Ecommerce solution
Post campaign reporting, with the ability to understand and analyze digital data, review reports and set benchmarks
Develop media strategy for existing clients in close alignment with client’s business requirements
Ability to deliver integrated media solutions especially across SEM, Programmatic, Social, Display
Oversee campaign activities: to review campaign setup, performance optimization, and communicate media performance on time to responsible clients
Communication Skills
Ensure key information is provided to team regarding client issues, internal agency issues, changes in account status, etc.
Assists in the development of media/digital presentations and tactical POVs, as needed and presents with confidence and authority
Expresses oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications
Organizes ideas and information logically and sequentially
Writes in a clear, compelling and concise manner
Specification
Strong digital expertise in channels: Meta, Google, Tiktok, YouTube, Mobile Platforms and Marketplaces
Strong analysis, presenting and negotiation skills
Strong experience on managing Ecommerce campaigns on marketplace such as: Lazada, Shopee, Amazon
Good knowledge of Digital Advertising, Media Industry is important. Key relationships with Advertising Industry professionals, Top Brands in Singapore
Minimum of 7 years experiences in digital marketing
Proficient strategic, proactiveness a must, analytical thinking
Strong English skills is a must
A keen interest in digital media with a passion to follow digital and advertising trends
Ability to work long hours, often under pressure meeting tight deadlines
