Manage the business opportunity pipeline, consolidate information, supervise, and coordinate projects.
Participate in bidding document preparation, develop implementation plans, and monitor progress.
Negotiate terms and sign contracts.
Support other Sales Department activities when required.
Survey customer needs, build business solutions/proposals, participate in presentations, and demonstrate solution capabilities.
Negotiate pricing with suppliers and customers, calculate revenue and profit.
Expand the market, identify and develop potential customers.
Research market information, customers, competitors, solution trends, and legal regulations.
Maintain and develop customer relationships & provide after- sales support.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
Proven experience working with enterprise clients (large corporations, banking, or financial institutions is a strong advantage).
Solid understanding of B2B products and technology- based solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship- building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent sense of responsibility, with a careful and detail- oriented working style.
A positive and proactive attitude, willing to learn and collaborate with cross- functional teams.
Good problem- solving and negotiation skills.
English communication skills are an advantage.
