Accountant: AR/AP and Treasury

- Report to Accounting & Treasury Senior Manager
Account Payable and Receivable (50%)

Manage the reimbursement amount from Trade and Non trade transactions to claim vendors properly
Reporting, Finance health- check, audit requirement and ad- hoc projects assigned
To check AP supporting docs (contract, invoice, CD, IR/GR…)
Initiate improvement in working process, implement best practice tools to accelerate transaction processing and reporting
Posting: Timely record of AP/AR movement and correct accounting recognition for Trade transactions
Be responsible for AP settlement to local vendors (Raw materials) to ensure timeliness, accuracy in monthly payment.
Do AP and AR reconciliation as policy required (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
Instruct users, monitor the new process (if occur)
Drive effectiveness of AP Trade & Non trade management to local vendors

Master data management (30%)

Vendor master data and Vendor&039;s bank account info: Monitor requestor for Vendor code registration (documentation check and advice: new creation/ block & unblock/ delete)
Customer master data
Regularly check mismatch in Payment term and countermeasure

Treasury & Banking (20%)

Internal fund transfer monitoring
Daily cashflow report and forecast
Banking posting: bank charge, clearing bank, financial interest income/expense, FX posting
Daily bank reconciliation report
Banking documentation: open/close bank account, update KYC, Board resolution, dealing authorization, Internet banking registration

Others

Other tasks might be assigned by Leader
Backup or rotate job with Accounting or Treasury teammates (if required)

BA or MA Graduated from University with major of Accounting & Auditing/Banking & Finance
Ability to lead the agenda, initiate and implement best practice processes to improve effectiveness in daily operation
Bachelor degree- major in Accounting & Auditing/ Finance & Banking
Good English in communication and business writing
Strong technical understanding and knowledge including accounting standard, tax, banking policy and procedures
At least 1 to 3 years experience in similar roles
Ability to work under time pressure, work independently with minimal supervision
