Seedcom heavily invested in superior technology & analytics to operate a differentiated user- centric model, e.g. data analytics, artificial intelligence, highly optimized algorithms to solve the challenging real- time, large scale retail & wholesale business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
● Cooperate with the line manager or support information for another department.
● Monitor, manage, and perform accounting operations related to assets and equipment in the company and factories.
● Check input and output invoices for the Wholesale Supermarket, check and reconcile cash balances and bank accounts.
● Check documents and records to ensure they are complete according to the provisions of the Tax Law and the Company.
● Periodically make payment orders on internet banking, record arising economic transactions in accounting software.
● Coordinate with the Operations Department in the accounting system.
● Other tasks assigned by direct management.
● Prepare related internal reports.
● Work with banks and audit when necessary.
● Save documents of the Finance and Accounting Department.
● Periodically check and reconcile inventories.
Qualifications:
● Knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and corporate tax law.
● Ability to work independently and in a team, manage time, and teamwork.
● Working time Monday – Friday.
● 3- 5 years of experience in accounting.
● Responsible, team spirit, honest and flexible.Priority is given to those with experience working in FMCG, Retail, Logistics....
● Bachelor of Finance/ Accounting.
● Carefully, exactly, and proactive in work. Open- minded, and sensitive to data.
Skills:
● Communication skills and building relationships with departments.
● Proactive, enthusiastic, listening, understanding and responsible in work.
● Analytical and problem- solving skills.
