Accountant Supervisor

Review accounting entries, reconcile data, and support preparation of financial statements and management reports (P&L, cash flow, cost analysis)
Develop and track budget & rolling forecasts, analyze Budget vs. Actual, and control costs
Guide and review the accounting team’s work and support the Finance Manager when required
Review tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT), handle tax refunds, and work with tax authorities and auditors
Participate in improving financial and accounting processes, support ERP implementation, and build internal control systems
Manufacturing costing system (BOM, standard consumption, WIP, inventory) and analyze cost variances (Standard vs. Actual)
Monitor and manage cash flow, prepare monthly forecasts, and control working capital

Experience in cash flow management and budget planning
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations, with experience in tax refund
3- 4+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company
Strong analytical mindset, proactive, and able to work independently
Proficient in advanced Excel, MISA/ERP systems
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
Proven experience in manufacturing costing (mandatory)
