Accounting Assistant (English CV Required)

We are looking for a detail- oriented and proactive Accounting Assistant to join our team. This role contributes to MRO business, one of our main businesses, in the aspect of accounting and administration.
General Accounting

Check the collected documents and make payment on the internet banking.
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of information used for journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and external financial reporting.
Review national or internal regulations to ensure risk free and legally acceptable transaction and operations of the business.
Ensure timeliness, completeness of collecting invoices, documentations & information’s from suppliers and customers in order to serve for monthly closing.
Maintain accurate books and records of MRO business in accordance with VAS Principles and deadlines. Inform the books and records to General Affairs Department.

Support & coordination

Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
Check and order necessary food and drink for company.

Education & Technical Skills

Experiences in trading and service company is preferable.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience: Around 3 years of accounting field and administration or sales administration.
Familiar with Microsoft 365.
Understand VAS, Vietnam Tax Regulations.
Experience using an accounting system, e.g. MISA is preferable.

Communication & Mindset

Good English communication skills (written & spoken).
Capability to work into details, petty issues.
Collaborative and eager to improve how things work.
