Phối hợp với bộ phận Mua hàng, Kỹ thuật và Kho để kiểm soát việc nhận – bàn giao thiết bị/tài sản mới.Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering and Warehouse departments to control the receipt and handover of new equipment/assets.
Kiểm tra, phê duyệt chứng từ kế toán liên quan đến mua sắm, sửa chữa, bảo trì tài sản.Review and approve accounting documents related to purchasing, repairing and maintaining assets.
Theo dõi và tính khấu hao tài sản cố định hằng tháng; đảm bảo phân bổ đúng và đủ theo quy định.Monitor and calculate monthly depreciation; ensure correct and compliant allocation.
Theo dõi chi phí sửa chữa, bảo trì và đề xuất tối ưu hóa vòng đời tài sản.Monitor maintenance and repair expenses and propose improvements to optimize asset lifecycle.
Hướng dẫn, đào tạo nhân viên kế toán liên quan đến quy trình TSCĐ và các tiêu chuẩn kiểm soát nội bộ.Guide and train accounting staff on fixed asset procedures and internal control standards.
Lập kế hoạch kiểm kê TSCĐ định kỳ; phối hợp với các bộ phận để thực hiện kiểm kê và đối chiếu chênh lệch.Prepare periodic fixed asset inventory plans; coordinate with departments for inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Giám sát các nghiệp vụ kế toán hằng ngày, đảm bảo số liệu chính xác và tuân thủ chuẩn mực kế toán & quy định của khách sạn.Supervise daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and hotel policies.
Quản lý toàn bộ hệ thống tài sản cố định (TSCĐ): theo dõi, ghi nhận, điều chuyển, đánh giá, thanh lý và cập nhật vào sổ sách.Manage the entire fixed assets system: tracking, recording, transferring, evaluating, disposing and updating records.
Hỗ trợ lập báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo quản trị và hồ sơ liên quan đến tài sản cố định khi được yêu cầu.Support in preparing financial reports, management reports and fixed asset documentation when required.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Kế toán trưởng/Trưởng bộ phận.Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Accountant/Department Head.

Am hiểu chuẩn mực kế toán, quy trình quản lý tài sản cố định và hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ.Strong understanding of accounting standards, fixed asset management processes and internal controls.
Cẩn thận, tổ chức tốt, có tư duy phân tích và khả năng tổng hợp số liệu.Detail- oriented, well- organized, with strong analytical and data- synthesis skills.
Có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh cơ bản trong tài liệu chuyên môn.Basic English skills for reading and understanding technical/financial documents.
Ít nhất 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm kế toán, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý TSCĐ hoặc giám sát kế toán.Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in fixed asset management or accounting supervision roles.
Giao tiếp và phối hợp tốt với các bộ phận khác, đặc biệt là Kỹ thuật, Kho và Mua hàng.Good communication and coordination skills with departments such as Engineering, Warehouse and Purchasing.
Thành thạo Excel và phần mềm kế toán; ưu tiên ứng viên biết sử dụng phần mềm quản lý tài sản.Proficient in Excel and accounting software; experience with asset management systems is an advantage.

Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Kiểm toán, Tài chính hoặc các ngành liên quan.College or University degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related fields.
