Accounting Manager (Fluent English And Japanese - Shuttle Bus From Hanoi) ~ 30 - 60 Mill Vnd [26983 - Thanh Xuan , Hanoi => Thang Long 2 , Hung Yen]

Common:
- Preparation and update of financial and accounting- related procedures
- Internal control and compliance (including J- SOX)
- Management and development of local staff
- ERP (SAP) operation and improvement
- Preparation of accounting and financial materials for the Japan head office (consolidation packages, etc.)
Accounting:
- Monthly and annual financial results (VAS and IFRS basis)
- Tax filing, tax audit response
- Financial statement preparation, reporting, and audit support
Finance:
- Execute and monitor payment transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Cash flow and cash flow management

* Working time: 8 am- 5 pm Mon- Fri and 1 Sat/month

* Important points:

- New employee will work temporary in Dec 2025, Jan 2026 at Hanoi office. (Thanh Xuan- Hanoi)- From Feb 2026, this position will work at Hung Yen office and the company will arrange company car for picking up employees.

- Graduated from University
- Experience in tax filing, various audits, external relations with tax authorities, etc
- Experience in creating monthly and annual financial statements
- Chief Accountant Qualification in Vietnam
- English: At least Upper Intermediate level.
- Minimum 7 years of practical experience in accounting and finance operations
- Japanese: At least N3 advanced level
- Age: 36- 44
- Experience in department management or team leadership (3 or more members)
- Excel Intermediate Level, Basic Operation Skills of Accounting Software
