Accounting Officer

Ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and accounting records (very important role)
Assist with tax filing and ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations
Support daily accounting and tax- related tasks
Use MISA accounting software for bookkeeping, reporting, and inventory- related entries
Manage and conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliations
Coordinate with store and operations teams to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

Looking for someone who is dedicated and willing to grow with the company long- term
Proficiency in MISA accounting software is required
2–5 years of experience in accounting and/or tax support
Strong understanding of Vietnamese accounting regulations and tax filing procedures
Experience in inventory management, stocktaking, or inventory reconciliation is highly preferred
Detail- oriented with strong organizational and problem- solving skills
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn
