WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership
Address and resolve team personnel issues including performance management, absenteeism, and workplace conflicts.
Oversee the daily operations of the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial tasks and reports.
Assign projects, monitor workloads, and provide direction to staff to maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
Monitor and analyze departmental activities to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and best practice implementation.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high- performing team culture.
Develop and enhance accounting procedures to optimize the use of resources while upholding accuracy and compliance standards.
Training & Development
Partner with team members to set annual goals and objectives, monitoring progress and offering feedback to support professional growth and career development.
Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
Proactively track, evaluate, and report team performance to the Board of Management and senior leadership.
Provide coaching, training, and guidance to both new and existing team members to strengthen technical and professional capabilities.
Ensure transparency and accountability in all reporting, offering insights and recommendations to support strategic decision- making.
Client Relationship Management
Identify improvement opportunities to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Ensure delivery meets agreed SLAs/KPIs and provide regular reporting.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues or escalations.
Lead regular meetings to provide updates on service delivery and performance.
Build strong client relationships and understand business needs and expectations.
Additional Responsibilities
Carry out other responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the success of the team and organization.
Collaborate with the Management on special projects and strategic initiatives.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Must Have
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting, analysis).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AR/AP processes, and reconciliations.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Amenable to work on a night shift.
Bachelor‘s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or Management (Accounting/Finance preferred).
At least 5 years of professional experience, including 1+ years in a team leadership role.

Exceptional problem- solving, analytical, and decision- making abilities.
Effective time management with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Client- focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and manage escalations effectively.
Work Behaviors & Competencies
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, client needs, and evolving processes.
Background in process optimization, automation, or system implementation.
CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
Experience in a BPO or shared service environment.

WORKING HOURS: Work schedule requires direct client interaction within the US, with working hours aligned to US time zone. 2PM- 11PM (Mon- Fri)
