ROLE OBJECTIVE
The Ad Creative Performance Specialist at PPP Laser Clinic is responsible for the intersection of data- driven performance and premium brand storytelling. Your mission is to engineer high- converting ad creative frameworks that lower Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) while elevating the brand’s clinical authority. You will transform performance data into creative "hooks" and "big ideas" that resonate with our affluent target audience across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Strategy & Ideation
Develop high- impact "Ad Hooks" and visual angles based on consumer pain points (pigmentation, aging, body contouring). Translate clinical USP into persuasive social- first storytelling.
Iterative Testing (A/B)
Architect a "Rapid Creative Testing" framework. Systematically test headlines, opening frames, CTAs, and music/VO to identify what drives the highest "Thumb- Stop Ratio."
Performance Analytics
Audit ad account: keywords & creative health daily. Analyze metrics beyond ROAS—focusing on Hook Rate (3s view), Hold Rate (Avg. watch time), and Click- Through Rate (CTR) to diagnose creative fatigue.
Scaling & Optimization
Identify "Winners" keywords and creatives and develop iterations (remixing, resizing, or updating hooks) to extend the lifespan of high- performing assets and maintain spend efficiency.
Cross- Functional Synergy
Brief the Design/Production teams with data- backed creative briefs. Bridge the gap between "what looks good" and "what converts."
CORE KPIs & PERFORMANCE TARGETS
Efficiency Benchmarks
Attention Metrics: Maintain an average Hook Rate (3- second view) of >35% on video assets.
Asset Velocity: Deliver 5–10 new creative iterations per week for testing.
Conversion Impact: Drive a 15–20% reduction in CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) through creative optimization.
Creative Hit Rate: Achieve a >20% success rate on new creative tests (winning against the control).
Strategic Standards
Reporting: Weekly delivery of a "Creative & Keywords Performance Insight" report to the Director.
Brand Integrity: 100% adherence to PPP Brand Identity (Luxury/Clinical aesthetic). No "cheap" or "clickbaity" tactics.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Creative Intelligence: Mastery of direct- response marketing principles and consumer psychology (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action).
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Ad Performance (Creatives & Keywords) or Ad Strategy, ideally within the Beauty, Wellness, or Luxury sectors.
Data Fluency: Must have Expert- level hand- on experiences in Ad Managers and ability to interpret Google Ads, Meta Ads or TikTok Ads, or Zalo Ads and Google Analytics creative breakdowns.
Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills for writing punchy, on- brand ad headlines and body text.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite for quick- turnaround creative iterations and mockups.
The Ad Creative Performance Specialist is the primary engine of our paid media growth.
