The Admin executive will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, coordinating between departments and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
Provide general support to employees and management as needed;
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
Administrative assistance for workers and specialists
Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and event coordination.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong problem- solving, organizational skills, good interpersonal and communication skills.
Understanding of administration processes, inventory management, internal event organizing and purchasing process.
Fluent in English is a plus.
Organizational skills, the ability to multitask,
Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in an office administrative, hospitality, front- office management role.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other CRM systems
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
