Administrative duties:
Manage legal and administrative contracts (e.g., car, internet, mail, telephone, office rental, cleaning, photocopy rental, etc.).
Support HR services: staff cards, uniforms, office support.
Manage office supplies, stationery, equipment, and facility maintenance.
Handle business trip bookings (air tickets, hotels, logistics).
Arrange transportation services (Grab, company car, etc.).
Prepare payment orders and process administrative expenses.
Manage cleaning services and coordinate with vendors.
Handle staff welfare and administration tasks, including company outings, staff engagement programs, and training arrangements.
Event & Engagement duties:
Organize national holiday events (Women’s Day, Mid- Autumn, Tet, etc.).
Support Ambassador programs and internal communication activities.
Arrange company trips and staff outings.
Support other events such as team building, birthdays, engagement programs, and training logistics.
Coordinate and organize CSR activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
Required years of professional experience:
1- 2 years of experience in Human Resources, or Administration
Graduated College/University
Good command of English required (spoken and written)
Diligent, hard- working, and flexible in handling multiple tasks.
Quick and accurate in task execution, with high attention to detail
Available for immediate onboarding
