Prepare and submit monthly reports on administrative expenses.
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Supervise and evaluate outsourced service providers (e.g., transportation, catering, cleaning, gardening, security) to ensure continuous service quality improvement.
Prepare, monitor, and control the administrative budget.
Operate and manage the company’s telephone system and warmly welcome visitors and guests.
Oversee the usage, maintenance, and tracking of administrative assets and equipment (e.g., company vehicles, photocopiers, taxi cards).
Maintain effective working relationships with relevant government authorities.
Provide reports on administrative matters as requested.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and goods, both internally and externally.
Manage matters related to employee uniforms.
Coordinate with relevant departments to process purchase requests for stationery and other administrative supplies.
Support the Department Head in fulfilling departmental functions and responsibilities.
Arrange and prepare meeting rooms and related facilities as required.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education:
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in administration. Experience in Manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Skills and Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic working ability in English (both verbal and written)
Responsible, detail- oriented, and well- organized
Honest, diligent, and proactive in work performance
