Working location: 20 Vo Truong Toan, An Khanh Ward (former An Phu Ward- D2), HCMC
Working hours: 40 hours/ week and 8 hours/ day
Mondays off and 1 weekend off (Saturday or Sunday)
Saturday and Sunday, earliest start from 08:30 and latest end at 17:30
Tuesday to Friday, earliest start from 10:00 and latest end at 20:30

RESPONSIBILITY
Facilities & Center Readiness
Monitor and replenish supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Manage classrooms, equipment, and assets to maintain a high- quality environment;
Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance when needed;
Ensure the center is clean, organized, and aligned with premium service standards; classrooms are fully prepared for learning sessions;
Front Desk & Administrative Coordination
Maintain and update operational data (student records, schedules, attendance, payments);
Provide clear information on schedules, programs, and services;
Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and guests in a professional manner;
Handle calls, messages, and inquiries accurately and promptly;
Prepare reports and administrative documents as required.
Collect tuition and ensure accurate payment tracking;
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
Proactively resolve service issues and operational gaps;
Deliver high service standards aligned with a premium education environment;
Build positive relationships with students and parents;
Coordinate with academic and sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery;
Support feedback collection and continuous improvement.
Academic Operations Support
Coordinate with teachers to ensure classes run smoothly;
Assist with academic records and end- of- semester processes.
Support program delivery through administrative coordination;
Prepare and organize class and semester materials;
Event & Project Logistics
Support planning and execution of center events and activities;
Take ownership of assigned projects and tasks with timely delivery.
Ensure events run smoothly and meet E2 standards;
Prepare logistics, materials, and coordination across teams;
REQUIREMENTS
1–2 years of experience in administrative or operations roles (education or service industry preferred);
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace;
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast- paced environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
Customer- focused mindset with a professional and proactive attitude;
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail;
Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English;

Experience working in a learning center, education service, or premium service environment;
Experience improving processes or optimizing operations;
Exposure to international or bilingual school systems (e.g., IB, IGCSE, etc.);
