Managing Office Supplies and Equipment- Receive request from other departments and make detailed purchasing plan to Shopping Mall and office.- Control and plan for purchasing stationary, furniture/equipment, and office supply.- Manage the usage of office supplies and equipment; ensure that provide timely and in sufficient quantity.- Manage company’s and internal asset, periodically check the quality and quantity of asset, make periodical report of asset inventory- Manage pest control service- Manage Staff canteen2. Document Management- Update, store, manage contracts and administrative documents.- Work with other departments to complete administrative procedures.3. Other tasks as assigned by Team Leader & Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Bachelor degree required;
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative position
Abilities:
• Careful, responsible, good at teamwork and able to work under high pressure
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluency in English
• Time management skills, Good communication skills, Quick problem- solving, and flexibility
