SCOPE OF WORK
In accordance with the policies, procedures and standards, the position provides administrative services and support to the immediate superior. Further, this position assists the Vice President Facility Management and team in discharging all duties and responsibilities related to the back- end support of the department. The position always displays the highest level of professionalism, customer service and administrative support to both internal and external customers
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Ensures confidentiality of restricted and sensitive information
• Works as a reliable team member and assists immediate superior and the department in completing projects and assignments.
• Maintains a secure, effective and up- to- date filing system that is easily accessible, both manually and electronically.
• Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management, discovering irregularities.
• Assists immediate superior in developing and accomplishing reports and any studies or measurement tools.
• Provides necessary administrative support to the department and ensures that the office is operated in a professional manner
• Maintains effective communication with the team and with other departments.
• Maintains suggestion system by directing and controlling administrative technical aspects in accordance with management directives.
• Provides and ensures quality support to immediate superior. Relieves management of administrative matters and routine day- to- day clerical activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
QUALIFICATION
Good health, physically fit and excellence in personal grooming and presentation
Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Computer literate in MS Office applications.
Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills are preferred to deal effectively with all incoming calls and requests from the management.
2- 4 years working in administration department.
BA Degree or equivalent professional training
Proficiency in both spoken and written Vietnamese/ English is a must
Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis.
Good telephone manner and customer service focus.
Ability to work on overtime when needed.
