Oxalis Adventure is 100% locally owned and provides employment for hundreds of tour guides and porters in one of Vietnam&039;s poorest provinces. They work closely with caving experts from The British Vietnam Caving Expedition Team to ensure that they meet international standards of safety and safeguard the integrity of the caves. Oxalis Adventure is one of the very few travel companies operating under the B2C model in Vietnam, organizing tours for about 12- 15 thousand travelers every year, of which 90% are international travelers and 10% are domestic travelers.

Scope & detailed responsibilities
We are looking for adventure travel consultants who have a passion for adventure tourism to provide the best experiences for our guests. The details of the position are below.
- Actively promote and sell adventure tours to individual and group customers.
Generate leads through personal networks, referrals and social media channels (instagram, facebook,tiktok…)
- Create engaging content (posts, stories, short videos) to attract and convert leads
- Handling customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Understanding the needs and preferences of the customers and recommending suitable tours or customizing tours according to their requests.
- Coordinating with other departments such as operations, marketing, and accounting to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Keeping up to date with the travel trends and developments in the adventure tourism industry.
- Updating and maintaining customer records and databases.
- Providing information and advice on the tours, destinations, activities, accommodations, and safety measures offered by Oxalis Adventure.
