Responsible for profit and loss in store./ Chịu trách nhiệm về lợi nhuận và lãi lỗ của cửa hàng.
Setup and monitor all working procedures in order to provide and maintain good customer service to customers./ Thiết lập và giám sát tất cả quy trình làm việc nhằm cung cấp và duy trì dịch vụ khách hàng tốt.
Train and supervise all level of staffs, providing product knowledge advice and guidance with the aim to develop a knowledgeable and efficient workforce./ Đào tạo và giám sát tất cả các cấp nhân viên, cung cấp kiến thức về sản phẩm và hướng dẫn nhằm phát triển lực lượng lao động hiểu biết và hiệu quả.
Manage shift plan, working time, productivity of store/ Quản lý kế hoạch ca làm việc, thời gian làm việc và năng suất của cửa hàng.
Promote motivation, make good teamwork of all staff in store/ Thúc đẩy động lực, xây dựng tinh thần làm việc nhóm tốt giữa tất cả nhân viên trong cửa hàng.
Hold regular meetings and discussion with staff to review performance and process of the store and inform staff about company policies, plans, directions./ Tổ chức các cuộc họp và thảo luận định kỳ với nhân viên để xem xét hiệu suất và quy trình của cửa hàng, đồng thời thông báo cho nhân viên về chính sách, kế hoạch và định hướng của công ty.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the operation manager./ Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ bổ sung theo sự phân công của quản lý vận hành.
Responsible for sale target for daily/ weekly/ monthly and annual achievement./ Chịu trách nhiệm về chỉ tiêu doanh số hàng ngày, hàng tuần, hàng tháng và hàng năm.
Evaluate staff performence and make appropriate fair recommendations for promotion or disciplinary actions when necessary./ Đánh giá hiệu suất nhân viên và đưa ra những khuyến nghị công bằng phù hợp cho việc thăng chức hoặc xử lý kỷ luật khi cần thiết.
Ensure the store day to day operations is ready for business, all company properties are in serviceable condition./ Đảm bảo hoạt động hàng ngày của cửa hàng sẵn sàng cho việc kinh doanh, tất cả tài sản của công ty đều trong tình trạng sử dụng tốt.

University/ College graduate.
Good problems sloving skills.
Good communication skill.
Good command of spoken English.
Demonstrated ability to build efective teams and motivate employees
Strong leadership and excellent relationship management.
Be able to work in shift & public holidays
Good planning, organizing and time- management skills
Two year experiences in retail store management.
Detail oriented and be able to handle multi- tasks.
