Affiliate Marketing (Intern)

The role focuses on affiliate partner recruitment, referral campaign coordination, and performance tracking.
The Affiliate Marketing Intern is a "Conversion Specialist." Your mission is to build a network of partners (loyal clients, niche bloggers, and professional referrers) who drive trackable traffic and consultation bookings through performance- based incentives.
The Affiliate Marketing Intern will support the development and management of PPP’s affiliate marketing program to generate qualified traffic, leads, and consultation bookings through partnerships with creators, publishers, and referral partners.
General Responsibilities:

Link & Promo Management: Launch and manage unique referral links and commission codes via tracking platforms (e.g., Commission Factory, Impact, or manual CRM tracking).
Funnel Optimization: Work with the MarTech team to ensure affiliate landing pages are optimized for "Consultation Bookings."
Program Recruitment: Proactively invite satisfied PPP clients and professional skincare advocates to join the tracked referral program.
Incentive Design: Develop commission structures and "Bonus Tiers" to motivate affiliates to prioritize PPP over competitors.
ROI Tracking: Analyze the conversion path from "Link Click" to "Clinic Visit" to ensure a healthy Return on Influence.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Partner Recruitment

Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners including:
Content creators
Referral partners
Beauty and lifestyle publishers
Bloggers
Build and maintain a structured affiliate partner database.

Support onboarding of new affiliate partners.
Assist in setting up and managing the affiliate referral system.
Generate and manage unique referral links, tracking codes, and promotional codes.

Coordinate affiliate promotions including:
Seasonal promotions
Treatment referral campaigns
Consultation booking incentives
Ensure partners receive campaign updates and marketing materials.

Track affiliate performance metrics including:
Referral traffic
Conversion rates
Leads generated
Consultation bookings
Prepare weekly affiliate performance reports.

Assist in improving commission structures and incentives.
Identify high- performing affiliates and recommend scaling partnerships.

Leads generated through affiliate channels

Quarterly Excellence Kicker (KPI):

Achieve >50 trackable Consultation Bookings per quarter from affiliate links.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Final- year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or Digital Marketing.
Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and referral systems is preferred.
Interest in performance marketing and partnership marketing.
Ability to manage data and performance reports.
