Affiliate Operations Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze e- commerce data and identify suitable KOCs for brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and platform partners to support affiliate business growth.
• Manage affiliate booking services, including livestream and e- commerce shop setup on marketplaces.
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliate platforms (TikTok Shop/TAP, Shopee).
• Develop affiliate revenue plans and drive business growth.
• Establish affiliate operations process, including commission/voucher schemes, campaign calendar, SOPs, link setup, KOC assignment, tracking, and reconciliation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E- commerce, or related fields.
Experience:
• Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing, Affiliate Operations, Affiliate Partnership, or E- commerce Operations.
• Experience working with TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, or other affiliate networks is preferred.
Skills:
• Strong presentation, reporting, and slide development skills.
• Good command of English for business communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
