[AGENCY] Creative Designer

We are looking for a Creative
Designer
(mid- level) who enjoys working in a fast- paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes consumers “click”, with the key roles and responsibilities as follows:
_Roles & Responsibilities_

Liaising with external printers regularly to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
Designing Client proposals from typesetting through to design, print, and production.
Preparing rough drafts of material based on the agreed brief.
Developing graphics and layouts for product illustrations with advice from Art Director
Working with Clients, briefing & advising them about proposal style, format, print production & timescales.
Liaising with Account team to determine Client&039;s requirements.
Reviewing final layouts with Art Director and suggesting improvements if required.
Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.

Qualifications and Training Required:

Visual communication and design.
Advertising and marketing communications.
Print and digital media management.
Art/Fine Arts/Media arts.

Key Skills:

Professionalism, integrity & transparency.
Being proficient use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign… and other visual design and wire- framing tools.
An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
2- 3 years of experience in advertising agencies.
Proven competence in design and image processing software.
Have strong interpersonal skills and be a team player.
A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints.

Last but not least, you should have a positive and can- do attitude, be level- headed, dependable, and calm under pressure; capable of winning the respect and trust of Clients.
