Agile Project Manager English

Your mission is to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while fostering collaboration and a culture of agility.
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead cross- functional teams in delivering high- quality digital and data- driven solutions.
You will be responsible for end- to- end project delivery — from planning and execution to monitoring and continuous improvement — using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Communicate progress, blockers, and outcomes clearly to all stakeholders.
Lead and manage multiple Agile projects (Scrum / Kanban / Hybrid).
Track project performance using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand- up, Review, Retrospective.
Drive continuous improvement through metrics and feedback loops.
Coordinate cross- functional teams (Developers, QA, Data, Design, Business).
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, including 2+ years in Agile environments.
• Proven track record managing software, data, or enterprise solution projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and SDLC.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Nice- to- have:

Certifications such as PMP, PMI- ACP, PSM I/II.
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, or Data Platform projects.
Familiarity with Data Catalog, Data Lineage, and data integration (ETL) concepts.
Background in SAP, ERP, or enterprise systems implementation.
