AI Compiler Engineer (Fresher)

Design, implement, and optimize compiler algorithms and runtime libraries to enable efficient execution of AI models on NPUs.
Analyze and evaluate the performance of AI models on NPUs, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for optimization.
Work closely with infrastructure, hardware, and do research to design solutions across the ML stack.
Collaborate with the AI research and development team to understand the architecture of the NPU and develop strategies for optimizing AI models for this hardware.
Work closely with the AI engineering team to integrate AI models into our automotive systems and ensure optimal performance on NPU hardware.
Write clean, testable, and well- documented code to ensure long- term maintainability.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in compiler technology and AI hardware architecture to continuously improve the performance and efficiency of our AI models.
Develop and optimize compiler tools and runtime systems specialized for NPUs, focusing on ResNet50 and other deep learning models.

Graduating or recently graduated students with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (GPA of at least 8.0).
Hands- on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch)
Knowledge of programming languages Python, with working knowledge of C++ or willingness to work at the system level.
A strong willingness to learn.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Additional skills and experience in related areas are a plus, including:
Familiarity with the inner workings of machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, or equivalent
Experience with performance characteristics of computer vision models for ADAS applications (e.g. Resnet50, YOLO, autonomous driving models, etc.)
Experience in embedded systems development
Knowledge of NPU architecture
Familiarity with AI model optimization techniques
