We are looking for an AI Systems Engineer who can design and build production- ready AI systems using modern LLM technologies.

ROLE OVERVIEW
As an AI Systems Engineer, you will build and maintain LLM- based systems that automate real- world workflows.
You will work on:
• AI agents capable of executing business actions
• Conversational AI systems
• Integration with CRM, APIs, and automation workflows
• Vector search infrastructure
• Retrieval- Augmented Generation (RAG)
Your work will directly power automated customer interactions such as:
• Automated follow- ups
• Appointment scheduling
• Vehicle service booking
• Customer inquiry handling
RESPONSIBILITIES
LLM- based Communication Systems
• Improve conversational accuracy and customer experience
• Design and build AI chatbot systems for customer engagement
• Design prompt strategies to improve response quality and consistency
• Implement LLM- powered workflows for SMS, email, and automated responses
RAG & Knowledge Systems
• Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Design knowledge indexing pipelines for FAQs, workflows, and business data
• Build and manage vector search systems for knowledge retrieval
• Structure and optimize context retrieval for LLM reasoning
AI Agents & Workflow Automation
• Implement multi- step reasoning workflows using LLMs
• Manage conversation memory, context state, and session flows
• Integrate AI systems with automation platforms (e.g., n8n) and backend services
• Build AI agents capable of executing tasks such as booking scheduling and customer follow- ups
System Integration
• Monitor and evaluate LLM outputs and system quality
• Build backend services that expose AI capabilities via APIs
• Integrate AI services with CRM systems, databases, and internal APIs
• Optimize performance and reliability of AI systems in production
TECH STACK (Typical)
The platform may include technologies such as:
• SQL / NoSQL databases
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Vector databases (Redis, pgvector, etc.)
• OpenAI or other LLM APIs
• Workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n)
• Python or Node.js
REQUIREMENTS
Must- have
• Experience building backend services or APIs
• Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI or similar)
• 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, AI systems, or ML engineering
• Understanding of conversational AI systems
• Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript
• Understanding of RAG architectures
• Experience designing prompt engineering strategies
Nice- to- have
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Experience implementing conversation memory and context management
• Experience integrating AI systems with CRM platforms
• Experience building production- grade AI applications
• Experience with vector databases (Redis, Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
• Experience deploying AI systems to cloud environments
• Experience building AI agents or workflow automation systems
