As a
AI Engineer
, candidates will perform the following tasks:

Fine- tune and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs)
Develop and optimize machine learning models (e.g., classification, regression) using health- related datasets
Implement RAG systems to retrieve and synthesize relevant nutritional and healthcare information
Assist with model deployment, performance tracking, and continuous improvement
Build agent components capable of reasoning and performing nutrition- related tasks
Collaborate on project planning, including effort estimation and task breakdown
Contribute to the design and development of healthcare POCs for client
Work cross- functionally with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts (e.g., nutritionists)

Strong programming skills in Python, including ML and data processing libraries
Familiarity with healthcare datasets and relevant privacy/compliance considerations
Proficiency with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, and libraries like scikit- learn
Understanding of agent- based or agent AI system design
Practical experience with LLMs and techniques for fine- tuning
2+ years of hands- on experience in AI/ML engineering
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Experience working with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate) and information retrieval pipelines
