AI Engineer (English Fluency)

Participate in technical discussions with clients or presale activities to propose AI- based solutions.
Implement and optimize machine learning pipelines, including model training, serving, and monitoring.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices in software and ML development.
Build scalable, secure backend systems using Python or other relevant languages.
Stay updated with the latest AI/ML technologies, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face), and industry trends.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate ML models into real- world products and services.
Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards when handling sensitive information.
Design, develop, and maintain AI- powered applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI deployment, orchestration, and scaling.

Proficient in version control (Git), CI/CD workflows, and software engineering best practices.
Experience working in presales, technical proposal writing, or client- facing roles is a plus.
Proficient in Python or other AI- relevant programming languages.
Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP); cloud deployment experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Hands- on experience with modern AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers).
Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including supervised learning, NLP, computer vision, deep learning, etc.
3+ years of experience in software development, with proven experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
Solid communication skills in English — both verbal and written — are mandatory.
