AI Engineer

Role OverviewWe are scaling Agentic AI across the enterprise using a multi- platform stack including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google AgentSpace, AWS Bedrock, and Dataiku. This role is responsible for designing, building, and operating production- grade AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and executing actions via enterprise APIs.
Key Responsibilities
Ops & Governance: Build evaluation frameworks for non- deterministic systems, implement observability for prompts/tool calls, and enforce security boundaries against prompt- injection.
Platform Implementation: Build and deploy agents across one or more supported platforms (Copilot Studio, AgentSpace, Bedrock, or Dataiku) while maintaining platform- agnostic architectural standards.
Retrieval & Grounding (RAG): Design enterprise RAG pipelines (ingestion, chunking, reranking) that respect role- based access control (RBAC) and data classification.
Hybrid AI/ML Operations: Integrate traditional ML models (for anomaly detection or risk scoring) with LLMs to provide automated explanations and remediation steps.
Agentic Solution Design: Decompose complex tasks into goal- driven workflows using patterns like Planner- Executor, Reflection/Self- check, and Human- in- the- loop gates.
What You Will Build
Support & Ops Agents: Leverage ML to triage requests from logs/emails and execute automated root cause analysis (RCA).
Knowledge & Policy Agents: Implement grounded Q&A over SOPs and manuals with strict traceability, citations, and access- controlled retrieval.
Workflow & Action Agents: Orchestrate multi- step actions (e.g., Read → Analyze → Fetch Data → Trigger Approval → Update System).

Candidate Requirements
Production Focus: Experience moving AI solutions from POC/MVP to full- scale production.
Education: Graduated from the University with IT bachelor&039;s degree or related.
Security Mindset: Deep understanding of least- privilege access, audit logging, and responsible AI ethics.
Experience: at least 2 years as AI Engineer and good at English communication.
Platform Versatility: Proven ability to deliver agentic systems on at least one major platform and the agility to adapt across the enterprise stack.
