JOB DESCRIPTIONS
AI Strategy & R&D

Design advanced AI models using RL, LLMs, Generative AI and deep learning architectures.
Translate new research into applied, production- ready solutions.
Lead R&D to develop simulation, optimization, and intelligent decision- making systems.

Technical Leadership

Ensure timely delivery of high- impact AI projects with strong performance and reliability.
Architect scalable data & model pipelines: ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
Drive experimentation frameworks and best practices across the AI organization.

Team Building & Mentorship

Build a culture of scientific innovation, ownership, and technical excellence.
Hire, mentor, and develop AI engineers and researchers.

Cross- Functional Impact

Support digital transformation and automation across the company.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align AI initiatives with business goals.

Success Metrics

Drive quarterly training initiatives for AI engineering capability building.
Conduct 3 cross- functional collaboration sessions per quarter.
Generate minimum 3 actionable insights per quarter.

REQUIREMENTS
Technical Must- Haves

5–7+ years in Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning.
Strong expertise in:
Transformers, BERT, GNNs, GANs, VAEs
RLHF, Multi- Agent RL, Policy Optimization
Solid understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and data infrastructure.
Generative AI & LLM ecosystems
Proven experience building and deploying end- to- end AI/ML/RL systems at scale.
Skilled in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern AI SDKs.

Leadership & Soft Skills

Strong communication skills to align diverse teams around AI vision.
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, drive results, and cultivate innovation.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate theory into impact.
Experience developing talent and leading technical teams.
