AI Operator Trainee

JOB DESCRIPTION

Tools Research: Keep track of the latest AI trends in video generation, voice cloning (ElevenLabs), and translation to improve production efficiency.
AI Automation: Utilize No- code/Low- code tools (such as Make.com, Zapier, or specialized AI software) to automate repetitive tasks and workflows.
Visual Creation: Use Midjourney, Leonardo, or Stable Diffusion to design and refine the appearance of AI Humans based on project requirements.
Livestream Operation: Assist in setting up AI livestream systems, monitoring broadcasts, and troubleshooting basic tool- related technical issues.
Prompt Engineering: Write and optimize prompts to generate high- quality content (text, voice, imagery) that aligns with brand identity and tone of voice.
Documentation: Record effective "prompt formulas" and workflow setups to build an internal knowledge base for the team.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Aesthetic Sense: A good eye for visual composition, color, and lighting to evaluate and polish AI- generated outputs.
Language: Good English reading comprehension is a significant advantage for studying global technical documentation and tool updates.
Self- Learner: In the fast- paced world of AI, you must be proactive in researching and "self- navigating" through new technologies.
Tooling Skills: Familiarity with (or a fast learner of) automation tools like Make/Zapier and basic data structures like JSON or Google Sheets.
AI- Native Mindset: A strong passion for AI. Hands- on experience with ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar AI creative tools is a must.
